MCW Maricor completed the Mechanical Design for the new Saint John Police Headquarters, Saint John, NB. The facility includes administrative spaces, secure detention area, staff lunch room, specialty spaces, parade room, secure sally port and fleet parking. It was designed for LEED Silver but has been awarded LEED GOLD status.
Vancouver Police Department Headquarters Relocation

This $15-M project relocated the Vancouver Police Department (VPD) headquarters to three locations at Kootenay and Graveley Streets (230,000 sq ft/21,368 sqm) and Cambie Street (20,000 sq ft/1,858 sqm).
