Saint John Police Station, Saint John, NB
MCW Maricor completed the Mechanical Design for the new Saint John Police Headquarters, Saint John, NB. The facility includes administrative spaces, secure detention area, staff lunch room, specialty spaces, parade room, secure sally port and fleet parking. It was designed for LEED Silver but has been awarded LEED GOLD status.

Vancouver Police Department Headquarters Relocation
This $15-M project relocated the Vancouver Police Department (VPD) headquarters to three locations at Kootenay and Graveley Streets (230,000 sq ft/21,368 sqm) and Cambie Street (20,000 sq ft/1,858 sqm).

Richmond City Centre Community Centre (C4) and Trinity Western University (TWU) of Quintet Phase II
Designed and built concurrently in the Quintet Phase II development, the $4-M community centre occupies 33,000 sq ft/3,066 sqm over the ground and second floors and the $2.5-M university campus occupies 21,000 sq ft/1,951 sqm over the third and fourth floors.

Currently on track for LEED Gold certification, this City of Surrey public administration building had a $97-M construction budget. The facility occupies 180,000 sq ft/16,723 sqm.
