Airside Operations Building
YVR
This building replaces the former 40-year-old fire hall on YVR’s airfield, and consolidates a fire hall, airside operations staff offices, a vehicle maintenance garage, and a storage building at a central airside location. The $43.5-M facility covers an area of 92,850 sq ft/8,626 sqm.
BMO Theatre Centre
Arts Club & Bart Project Company Ltd.
This new home for the Arts Club Theatre Company and Bard on the Beach consists of a complete fit-out of an existing space with a 250-seat theatre, rehearsal halls, costume shops, and offices. Built at a cost of $20,000,000, the theatre is 48,000 sq ft/4,460 sqm in size.
York House School Senior Building

This project added a new 36,595-sq ft/3,400-sqm senior school and administration block to an existing school. The construction cost was $13,500,000.

Auora and Crowsnest Halls
University of Calgary
These two new residences on the University of Calgary campus were built using the Design-Build method. Aurora Hall is constructed in a triangular and pinwheel configuration. This nine story structure provides the campus with 268 beds.
Kelly Ramsey Tower and Enbridge Centre

Destroyed by arson in 2009, the Kelly and Ramsey buildings remained derelict and uninhabited until 2013 when demolition of the historic buildings began The Kelly Ramsey Tower is a new focal point of Downtown Edmonton combining historic podium elements with a new office tower.

The 3810 sq. m, $65 million expansion at Red Deer Regional Hospital is comprised of a two level addition which includes three new Radiation Treatment Vaults and accompanying support space, a CT scanner, laboratories and mechanical and electrical rooms on the Lower Level in addition to a Medical Day Care and Outpatient Clinic on the Upper Level.
RCMP Detachment (100 Mile House)
