Project Description
This LEED® Gold certified facility incorporates a raised floor distribution system, high-efficiency condensing boiler plant, triple pane glazing high-performance building envelope, low water consumption plumbing fixtures, and heat reclaim systems, which reduce energy use and result in lower operating costs. During winter months the free cooling chilled water plant will provide cooling to the server rooms, which reduces operating costs associated with chiller operation.
