Project Description
Ten story, 124,046 sq. ft. building is Pickering's first LEED Silver Certified office building. MCW's project comprised open plan workstations, private offices, serveries, meeting rooms, high density storage rooms, computer room, training room, boardroom, reception, elevator lobbies, and IT rooms for the main tenants, MPAC and OPG. Mechanical responsibilities included HVAC design -dedicated computer room cooling system, sprinkler and fire suppression systems, lighting and communication, and AV.
