Project Description
This project entailed the design and construction of a new three-storey concrete senior school and administration block, as an addition to the existing school. The new building was constructed between the existing North and South wings.
Mechanical Systems Description:
MCW provided designs for the HVAC and plumbing systems. The fire protection designs were based on a performance specification, with the sprinkler contractor laying out the complete sprinkler system with heads, pipe distribution, and hydraulic calculations. MCW provided the layout standpipe system designs and coordinated power supply and monitoring with the electrical engineer.
