Project Description
MCW Hemisphere provided full mechanical engineering services for this expansion project. The addition doubled the size of the museum operations and houses new galleries, administration offices, photo labs and a workshop. MCW Hemisphere reviewed the existing building systems at the Whyte Museum to evaluate the possibilities of a system failure damaging the valuable museum collection. Piping for the heating and air systems, hot and cold water lines, drainage, the sprinkler system and water service to and in the storage area were reviewed.
