Project Description

This multi-use approach to building and site design achieved savings in infrastructure costs, common building components and a greater sense of community focus.
The gymnasium and change rooms, of the school, are clustered to relate to the arena and the community centre for shared use. In addition, the theatre is located such that it can be used as an academic resource to the school's programs in art and music.
