Project Description
This facility includes a single-storey building consisting of offices, common work area, jail cells and garage bays. MCW Hemisphere executed “full scope of services” for the mechanical systems, including schematic design; contract documents; tender; construction administration; assistance during start-up and commissioning. This 1800 m² facility achieved 52.5% energy savings below the National Energy Code Model and received maximum award value in the Commercial Building Incentive Program (CBIP).
