Project Description
Riverside Quays is a 700-unit condominium/townhouse complex in Inglewood. While primarily a residential 6-storey, wood-frame development with townhouse style perimeter, the project also includes retail space and a large, single storey 850-car parkade. The size of the development required a complex design solution to power supply. Its size demanded large mechanical loads. In a commercial building, the solution would typically specify 600-volt but because this project was a residential development, the users required 120/240 volt delivery.
