Project Description
This project is one of the Infrastructure Ontario Alternative Financing & Procurement projects under the Design Build Facility Management process. MCW Consultants was lead mechanical and electrical engineers on a team headed by HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions North America Inc.
The project consists of 8 (eight) detachments, 3 (three) Regional Command Centre (RCC), 2 (two) Forensics Identification Centres and 1 (one) Provincial Communication Centre (PCC). Each of the detachments and RCC’s are located in different towns throughout Ontario. The FIU’s and the PCC are associated with one of the RCC’s.
