The Pearl is tallest residential building in Edmonton with 35 stories and 174 units. The Pearl is a redevelopment of a site comprised of 5 residential apartment lots. The tower's dynamic sculptural forms will provide an exciting revitalized look to the continuing development of Jasper Avenue and Edmonton's skyline. The Pearl is LEED® Silver Shadowed. Mechanical systems include heating, humidification system, cooling systems, controls, plumbing, and fire protection. Electrical systems include site services, power distribution, emergency power, lighting, fire protection, security and communications.
