Project Description

The Montana is a striking 28-storey highrise condominium in Calgary's beltline community. From a technical standpoint, the Montana features a high-performance curtainwall window called Visionwall, a four-element system that offers exceptional thermal performance. The use of Visionwall curtainwall allowed mechanical designers to provide a simplified HVAC system, which includes a special thermostat that senses if the system is in heating or cooling mode and controls the fan coil unit accordingly.
