These two modern high rises boast four different floor plans divided amongst 720 beds, including one bedroom apartments; four bedroom shared quads; two bedroom units and studio suites. The facilities are equipped with recreation/study lounges, on-site laundry facilities, and 24-hour security. Keeping with sustainable design philosophies, any design decisions were made with green energy and the environmental impact in mind. The student residence incorporates innovative design with the detailed analysis of a radiant wall system and heat reclaim.
