Project Description
The modernization moved the school entrance, administration reception location and the added a new gathering space provided a new center for community meetings, drop-in functions, athletic and after-hour activities.
The HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and controls within Namao school were modernized. The mechanical system design incorporated a DDC system to provide energy conservation on the operation of the heating and ventilation systems. Gas fired water heaters, fans and pump motors are high efficiency. The gymnasium ventilation system is supplied with a two speed motor.
