City of Edmonton
Jasper Place Library
Project Description
This project involves the replacement of an existing library in the West End of Edmonton. MCW Hemisphere provided LEED® commissioning services (Fundamental and Enhanced/Best Practices) for the project. We submitted the commissioning plan for review by the City of Edmonton and reviewed contract documents as they are produced and distributed.
MCW Hemisphere employed a systematic commissioning process of ensuring the building systems performed interactively in accordance with the design and the Owner’s operational requirements. The commissioning team verified all equipment and systems were installed according to manufacturer’s recommendations in addition to the best practices and standards of the industry (including applicable Codes and guidelines).
