Project Description
The J22 Development is a mixed-use, multi-phased project including retail/commercial, office, and residential space with an underground parkade. The façade consists of brickwork and structural thermal break connections have been installed in the residential units to mitigate thermal bridging at the concrete slab to balcony connection. Primarily residential rental units, the building also contains both office space and a diverse range of retail spaces. The tower includes 10 floors of apartments totalling 200 suites and also has 2 stories of underground parking. The complex is approximately 34,000 square meters and in one of the newest complexes along historic Jasper Avenue.
