Project Description
MCW designed the electrical systems, including designing the tenant-specific power and communications to suit the new space layout, as well as lighting layouts and fire alarm and emergency lighting for the new layout within the tenant space.
MCW’s mechanical designs included modifications to the existing sprinkler system to suit the tenant spaces, and modifications to provide HVAC as required.
