Project Description
Five level, 180,000 square foot office building with 18” raised access flooring, utilizing underfloor air distribution with sea water geothermal system. The entire facility is backed up by emergency power and the facility is designed to withstand hurricane and seismic events. One of the first LEED accredited buildings in the Caribbean's. Has attained LEED Silver.
