This exciting residential complex is located on the Bow River between 7th Avenue SE and 5th Street SE. Preliminary plans indicate a total of 6 buildings with approximately 1100 units being planned.
MCW Hemisphere designed the mechanical and electrical engineering for the 2 new condomniums: Frist and Verve, First condo consists of a 18 storey, 196 unit building. The second phase Verve condo, is a 25 storey building with 28 units. All architectural work was handled out of Toronto.
