Project Description

This highrise residential condominium building in the beltline includes main floor retail and residential suites. The scope of work included security system design, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection. Colours was originally designed with an integrated Enmax vault which was removed at the construction phase because the project team was able to refine the electrical loads below a point where that was required. The result is a direct saving in capital costs for the owner.
