Project Description
The Barrymore Building was originally an industrial facility that was home to the Barrymore Furniture factory. The Building has now been converted to office and retail. Prior to the conversion the building was designated as an historical building and the conversion to office and retail required design consideration that was particularly sensitive to the historical elements. In addition to the historical considerations, the conversion was designed with sustainability as a key factor and the design has achieved LEED silver.
