Project Description
The luxury Edgemere Oakville condominiums is steeped in a historical tradition of English country estate style living. The developers have created a contemporary design strategy that provides luxury waterfront Oakville condominiums for sale while protecting the natural waterfront environment and preserving the cultural heritage and tradition of the former estate grounds.
The project consists of ten 4 level residential complexes each containing 3 individual town homes ranging in size from 3800 to 5000 square feet.. The lowest level will consist of a single storey town home marketed under the reference name of “Lakeside”. The mid level town home will also be a single level unit referred to as the “Garden” unit. The upper level unit will be a two storey unit and will be marketed as a Terrace Unit. Parking is all arranged at the grade level indoors with links via vestibules to elevators and/or private entrance lobbies.
It is the intent that this development will be designed such that it will be a LEED registered project.
To that end the mechanical and electrical design will incorporate design features that will cost effectively attain the number of LEED credits as are determined by the design team to be appropriate in the pursuit of this LEED registered status.
