Responsibilities: • Monitors activities at construction sites • Travel to site and perform inspections on various mechanical and plumbing installations • Work with contractors to meet delivery dates • Report on progress to client and internal staff • Work with client to determine creative technical solutions • Review field change orders and negotiate costs with client/contractor Education and Experience: • Educational or trade background in mechanical design (mechanical HVAC systems, plumbing).
