We currently have an opening for an Electrical Designer/Engineer. Responsibilities: • Evaluating and completing feasibility studies of client’s designs including determination of cost • Project management duties including responsibility for the design and execution of projects • Analysis of customer design proposals and specifications to determine cost effective solutions • Ensuring professional quality services to clients • Providing electrical design experience to a team of design engineers • Working closely with project teams towards the completion of project deliverables within given timelines • Ensuring coordination of electrical activities with mechanical systems • Analysis of engineering design problems and implementation of solutions • Completing technical reports and other documentation • Supporting other departments in growing the business Qualifications, Experience and Education: • Post secondary education in electrical design • Experience working in a fast paced engineering firm. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience • Familiarity with AutoCAD • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint • Experience working with customers and client base • Experience working in a team based environment Required Skills: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously • Proven ability to meet deadlines/successful completion of deliverables • Excellent time management skills • Ability to work under pressure • Analytical, thorough, resourceful and detail-oriented • Team and customer service-focused • Self-motivated, hardworking, flexible Submit Your Resume MCW offers competitive salaries, performance bonuses, health, dental, life benefit plans and other benefits.
