This position will appeal to individuals who are engineers or technologists and have experience in the distribution utility industry. Requirements: • 10 years minimum protection and control design experience in a North American utility environment. • Ability to develop detailed design including layout, schematic, wiring, and equipment lists using various utility standards. • Ability to produce designs based on protection single line diagrams, protection reports and logic diagrams. • Experience working with SEL, ABB, Alstom relays. • Engineering degree or technologists diploma in a related field. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Proven ability to meet deadlines/successful completion of deliverables • Ability to communicate and work well with other departments • Excellent time management skills • Ability to work under pressure • Analytical, thorough, resourceful and detail-oriented • Team and customer service-focused • Self-motivated, hardworking, flexible.
